It is interesting how the law sometimes we think of as rigid and static; It is nothing but a continuous reflection on the rights and duties of man and it is constantly changing. Legality is a line that is written on paper and now in many digital documents and whenever we find a problem in the functioning we invent a new law to protect consequently any legal issue and like that evasion of law creates new problems in our society. It is a complex process of negotiation, restriction and constant mutation that is under construction as long as men exists.

Es interesante ver como la legalidad que en ocasiones consideramos como rígida y estática; no es más que una reflexión continua acerca de los derechos y deberes del hombre y que está en continua transformación. La legalidad es una línea que está escrita sobre papel y ahora en muchos documentos digitales y cada vez que encontramos un problema en el funcionamiento de la sociedad inventamos una nueva ley para protegernos, consecuentemente nace la manera de evadir la ley y con ello surgen nuevos problemas en la sociedad. Es un proceso complejo de negociación, restricción y construcción que mutará permanentemente mientras el hombre exista.
